Established Techniques of Manufacturing

  • Full Remborde Watch Strap

    Full Remborde Strap

    In this method, there is a lot of craftsmanship involved. In the production of a Remborde (or fully-wrapped) strap, the upper leather is turned around the breathable inner material, glued and finally moulded. The strap is very stable, soft and durable.

  • Semi Remborde Watch Strap

    Semi-Remborde Strap

    In this method, the upper leather is pulled to the bottom line of the lining leather (not-underneath) and is sealed there. The gluing is what holds the strap together, whereas the seam is only for decoration.

  • Cut Edge Watch Strap

    Cut Edge Strap

    In this method, the leather is punched out or cut into the shape of the strap and then glued. The final look of the strap is completed by colouring the side edges.

  • NATO Style

    Pilot Strap

    Pilot straps are also called NATO Straps which are known for their sturdiness, sporty and outdoor functionality. The strap can be switched easily to compliment any outfit or mood. This is possible as there is only one single length of strap material turned and stitched to hold the loops and buckle.

  • Integrated Watch Strap

    Integrated Strap

    In this method, the strap is integrated to the watch case. The construction of the strap is modelled in such a way that it is fused as per the exact dimensions of the watch case. This aspect of manufacturing can also be incorporated into-Full Remborde, Semi-Remborde and the Cut Edge Strap.

  • Hybrid Watch Strap

    Hybrid Strap

    Hybrid straps are modelled using top luxury materials and liners crafted from graded performance rubber and PU materials. These straps give you the best of both worlds because they are classic and performance oriented.
